Remember, 20 minutes a day is all we need to maintain...walk at least 3-4 miles per day or for 1 hour and no "emotional eating". Stress kills in more ways than one.

It takes a few weeks to see weight loss...
Please hang in there! Some of you expect to see weight fly off just because you've worked out a couple weeks. This is not the case. Unless you've changed your (nutrition) too, it will take longer.

TopCat Per4mance Bootcamp 2008 begins!
TopCat YouthFIT Boot Camp 2009
1. Where is the location we meet?
The TopCat YouthFIT Camp meet at many local tracks, trails and beaches that are safe and promote healthy lifestyle events.
2. How often will we meet?
Participants will meet weekly for one hour during the for our 4-8-12-week programs. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts early AM.
3. When does the next TCP4mance Boot Camp Start?
Every 4-8-12 week. Space is limited to 12 per camp so that all receive personal attention and motivation.
4. What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of humour. You can purchase items at any store that sells running or cross training shoes.
5. What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a more healthier mind and body. You'll receive a FREE nutrition seminar and tons of confidence!
6. Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
7. What is the cost (investment in YOURself)? SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!
Real Easy Plan- ONLY $10.00 per session! Minimum of 12 required. There is a $35.00 registration fee due before 1st session. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? We typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for my services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by nationally certified personal trainer and life coach, for just a fraction of the cost.
8. Other options:
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. life_coach@topcatper4mance.biz You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
9. What you can expect: No screaming or yelling! Encouragement and Positive Vibrations! Healthy Lifestyle encouragement!
10. What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?
The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:
a. We will give you an introduction to our Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.
b. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
c. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!
d. You will receive your Welcome email and directions to each location.
e. See you at Our camp!
11. What if I sign up for a plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many folk realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
12. Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
13. What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. All levels, sizes and interests with ONE common goal! Healthy Lifestyle! Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program to folk looking to add variety to their workouts. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow for the class.
14. Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session (24 hours before) start date. However we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
16. What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
17. How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three sessions. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four – six weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 3 camp. Remember, everyone is different!
18. What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 85%) of the clients return for a second and even third camp.

Do not be fooled by "quick weight loss" pills! Hydroxycut is not cool...
OK, let me make this real clear, weight loss supplements like "hydroxycut" are harmful and ultimately do not work!!
To exceed your health goals you are going to have to accomplish it the old fashioned way, working hard and handling your nutrition!
