It takes a few weeks to see weight loss...

Please hang in there! Some of you expect to see weight fly off just because you've worked out a couple weeks. This is not the case. Unless you've changed your (nutrition) too, it will take longer.

Set a 6 month goal to ensure you are not trying a quick fix for a wedding or vacation. Make it a lifestyle change and you will EXCEED all your health goals!
