When times are tough it does not mean we give up on our health...we refine and tighten up so that we can utilize the vehicle God gave us to carry us through life, our BODY!!!
Everyone needs a little help now and again, so I decided to help you all. Here are exercises you can do at home or work. (get your DX permission before beginning exercise).
Remember, 20 minutes a day is all we need to maintain...walk at least 3-4 miles per day or for 1 hour and no "emotional eating". Stress kills in more ways than one.
